Dental Care

Providing you more reasons to smile.

Your oral health is more than just your smile, it affects your entire well-being. From your teeth to your heart health to your self-esteem, dental care is critical to your quality of life. New Mexico’s community dental clinics provide vital care to adults, teens and children without dental insurance, removing the barrier of cost and helping to put more smiles on more New Mexicans.

Dental clinics offer a variety of services:

  • Routine cleanings
  • Fillings
  • X-rays
  • Root canals
  • Crowns
  • Extractions
  • Same day emergency visits
  • Partial and complete dentures
  • Home-care education

When to visit a dental clinic:

The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends that everyone (babies included) see a dentist at least every 6 months for regular preventive care that includes an exam, x-rays as needed, and cleaning. Dental hygienists and dentists will be able to detect any signs of gum disease or tooth decay before it becomes more serious. If you are experiencing pain or bleeding, you should make an appointment at a clinic as soon as possible.
