Southwest Care provides a wide range of compassionate care to the Santa Fe and Albuquerque communities in a judgement-free environment where a patient’s health, well-being, and privacy truly matter—regardless of ability to pay. Our sliding scale fees makes sure patients can access the care they need. We accept any type of insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. Our services include primary care, pediatrics, immunizations, gender equity medicine, women’s health, behavioral health, diabetes care, telehealth, and much more.
